REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP

• Fill out membership form
• Complete the prescribed Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES)
• Pay Membership Fee of P200.00
• Subscribe twenty-seven (27) shares equivalent to P2,700.00 as Subscribed Capital
• Latest Colored ID Picture (1 piece 2x2 white background)
• Present Valid ID (Preferably goverment issued ID e.g. SBMA ID, Driver license, Postal ID, SSS, Comelec, etc)
